Giulia Moretti investigates and observes reality, people, forms that are created from a heterogeneous set of views and perspectives. This gaze led the artist to study the human figure and in particular the female one.
The concept of feminine is not understood in its gender meaning, rather as femininity, delicacy and strength at the same time. The form in Giulia Moretti's artistic imagination becomes line, becomes space.
The attention is not directed only to the line, intended as a boundary and balance between the person and the surrounding world, but also to the indefinite and fluid space created by the superimposition of two bodies. The latter together with the spaces that are created become the shape of Giulia Moretti's works.
